By enrolling in Tactical Agent programs, the Real Estate Role-Playing Group, Semper Ruck programs, or any workshops, courses, coaching, consulting, or digital products, you agree to the specific terms tied to those offerings, including pricing, renewal terms, participation rules, no-show policies, and termination procedures. Participation in the Role-Playing Group is further governed by the Membership & Participation Guidelines published on brettmatsuura.com. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL unless a program explicitly states otherwise. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Payments must be made using accepted methods at the time of purchase. You agree not to dispute or charge back payments without first contacting us. Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent removal from all programs and may result in legal action. Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with their stated policies. Pricing is subject to change without notice at any time.

All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided through these websites or programs should be considered legal, financial, tax, real estate, medical, mental health, fitness, or professional advice.
