Removal may occur without prior notice and does not entitle the participant to a refund unless explicitly stated otherwise.
8. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE

Access to digital products and membership content is typically provided immediately upon purchase. Due to the digital nature of these offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise on the applicable sales page or checkout page. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, program, or service at any time.

You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing or payment issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Fraudulent, abusive, or unjustified chargebacks may result in immediate termination of access to all programs and services without refund.
Subscriptions may be canceled by the customer through their account dashboard or by contacting support prior to the next scheduled billing date. Pricing, billing terms, and product availability are subject to change at any time, with changes applying prospectively unless otherwise stated.

All fitness programs, training guidance, rucking standards, workouts, and related content provided through the Semper Ruck community are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not intended as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.
You should consult with a physician or other qualified medical provider before beginning any fitness program, increasing physical activity, carrying weight, or participating in rucking or endurance-based training, especially if you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns.
